This guest-facing role is all about creating memorable experiences, sharing the story of Concannon, and helping guests discover wines they’ll love. Wine Ambassadors guide tastings, educate guests on our wines and history, support wine sales and club growth, and help bring the energy of our landmark estate to life every day.

Seasonal Internship | Harvest 2026

Lemmons Family Vineyards, owners of Concannon and Cuda Ridge Wines, is seeking a detail-oriented Harvest Laboratory Intern to support our winery laboratory and enology operations during the 2026 harvest season. This hands-on internship offers experience in wine chemistry, fermentation monitoring, quality analysis, and harvest production in a premium winery setting. This role is a great fit for students or recent graduates pursuing careers in enology, chemistry, food science, microbiology, or wine production.

Lemmons Family Vineyards, owners of Concannon and Cuda Ridge Wines, is seeking a Seasonal Cellar Worker that supports all aspects of winery production during harvest and the winemaking season. This hands-on position assists with grape processing, fermentation management, sanitation, barrel work, bottling preparation, and general cellar operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, physically fit, and enthusiastic about learning the winemaking process in a fast-paced environment.
