Touted as “seriously fun wine education,” the [Somm] series blends unique pairing concepts with an educational wine experience.
Throughout the [Somm] series — the first of its kind at Concannon — Kaufman will host other unusual pairings including “A Sip and A Cone” for ice cream and wine and “In the Sauce: for pizza and wine. In each one, she teaches attendees about wine and how to pair it with different foods. One of the classes will utilize the expertise of Underdog Wine Bar staff to create wine-based summer cocktails.
